Monthly Rates

• Low Season (May 1 - Oct 31) - $4995/ Month
• High Season (Nov 1 - April 30)- $8495/ Month

Rental Policy:

• 2 Night Minimum
• No Smoking
• No Pets
• Not Suitable for Children under the age of 10

Deposit Policy:

• 50% of rental cost is to be paid within three days of reservation to hold requested dates. 
• All reservations are paid in full 60 days prior to check in.
• A valid credit card is to be provided but not charged unless required, as described below:
  1. cure Guests' default in payment of rent, non-sufficient funds or other sums due;
  2. repair damage, excluding ordinary wear and tear, caused by Guest or Guests’ Guest;
  3. replace or return personal property;
  4. payment of all phone calls (other than local calls).
• Owner shall furnish Guest an itemized statement indicating any required amount to satisfy the above.
• Guest's credit card provided as security deposit may be charged to satisfy any amounts owed as a result of the above.

Refund Policy:

• Less than 60 days (90 for Christmas and New Years) will forfeit full rent unless the Villa can be rebooked at equal or greater amount.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
